A competitive game show format saw a provocative and entertaining MC plus a supporting cast of actors secured lively staff participation and got them revved up about internal communications.

Physical involvement was the cornerstone of our creative solutions, implemented in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney. To encourage interactive participation, the audience was divided into four colour-coded teams, given branded t-shirts, bandanas and noise-makers. Geed up by an energetic MC and a team of actors who stimulated competitive tension and lots of noise, teams competed then celebrated in a cocktail party celebration. At the custom-branded ‘Go Bar’, participating employees were entertained by a laser juggler and celebrity DJ. We developed and produced all aspects of the program including collateral, game mechanics, hospitality, promotional material, props and speaker support.
Results:
Our creative event solution successfully made employee participation fundamental, compelling their connection with the core topic. |
