Your Audience / Channel

The other key audience who represent your brand are your channel partners. The channels are often the last point of influence between a consumer purchasing and not purchasing. As brands are often represented by third parties (and most brands are not actually in control of their end customer or user experience) you need to invest in ensuring that your channels understand the brand in order that they can “sell” it effectively. If a consumer senses that the salesperson is passionate about the brand, then this can aid – or even close - the sales process.
